Beginner's advice needed

Hi all, finally joined the site after reading threads on it for some time.

Here are my current stats: Nearly 21 years old
6ft1
about 197 pounds/13.9 stone
19% bf

Ive been training for over two years now. I have put on nearly 56 pounds/4 stone in that time. Most of that was put on in the last year when i quit my 'fitness' gym and joined a bodybuilding orientated gym instead, and trained a lot smarter than before and got a diet plan (something the instructors at the commercial gym werent allowed to give me!)

I used to be extremely lanky and skinny, and now that is not the case so much. I put on a few %s of bodyfat while bulking for so long, but i've always been skinnyfat even when i was a successful competative swimmer.

Now the reason for posting: I am injured. I have ulnar nerve entrapment in my left arm, which causes severe pain in the pinky side of my hand. Ive been told to rest it etc, so no upper body work for a while. I haven't trained for about a month and a half. I'd been ignoring the pain since october last year as I thought it would go away, but it got a lot worse and here i am now stuck, losing all my hard work. I'll probably be out a few more months, if surgery isnt needed.

I was tempted to do steroids a while ago, but was put off by my girlfriend and my family. But now the reason for doing them has changed. When i go back, I refuse to start at the beginning again, and I want to do a cycle to get me back what I earned naturally and maybe more, as well as cut the bodyfat way down.

I was thinking, based on what i've read, testosterone and winstrol? Or testosterone and primobolan?

And just so you guys are aware, I did hit my genetic potential. I was eating really good, training really hard, not drinking with my friends, instead staying clean and focused, and stayed around 14 stone/196 pounds for months and months, with no real strength gains. And I was trying new routines so as not to plateau for that reason.

So to summarize, when I finally get back to the gym I want a quick fix essentially. It took too long before to do again from square one.

So can you guys guide me to a good stack to a] build serious muscle
b] lose lots of fat (which is really hard for me)
c] not contribute to gyno, which I think I'm prone to, or maybe it's just fat

And one last question, do you have to be prone to male pattern baldness to suffer from hairloss due to steroids?

Thanks guys, hope I dont get torn a new one like ive seen some newbies get haha

honestly your still growing and developing. your testosterone levels are very high naturally. what you truly need is diet and routine advise. 3j would fix you up as a natural and you'd be glad you didn't use drugs yet

go read in the diet section . best wishes

It's a little insulting that you refer to gear as a quick fix. Theres nothing fast about it. Hitting the gym day in and out isn't quick... sticking to your diet 24-7 isn't quick... It's a process that's doesn't have instant results. To post a thread saying you want a quick fix shows lack of maturity and education on the subject.

doing what i was doing before, plus some steroids, will give me better and faster results. fact. thats what they do. now if you dont have any legit advice, go to another thread

opinions is what i'd like. And I have done research into all the different kinds of steroids, PCT, etc. I want people's advice based on experience
