Dropsets help...work up to your max, then work down to where you started without taking a break in between sets....its killer but feels good....also change your routine, dont do the same routine every week. try to change up your routine approx every 3 months. you can also train legs and chest every other day for a couple weeks, this is very good strength training.... also when you bench, arch your back, dig your traps into the bench like you're trying to squeeze your shoulders onto the bench itself and as you push the weight up, dig your toes into the soles of your shoes and most important, BREATHE OUT as you exert the weight.....
