Best blood test to measure all the right values

Did a quick search but couldn't find a "101" on blood work. What is the panel most of you guys run to check all the values of interest or did I miss a Sticky somewhere? Guys have quoted about $50 or so, but the ones that match that price bogey only do Test Serum and I assume you'd want Test Serum, Total Test, Estrogen and liver values?
