Can anyone help me out here and tell me what are the best compound exercises for each body part. I am doing DC training and I feel that im not getting the most outta it due to several factors and one of them is because I think my choice of exercises are mediocre. If someone could have the time and tell me the top 3-4 coupound exercises (in order) for Chest, Tri's, Shoulders, Back Thickness, Back Width, Bicepts, Forearms, Quads, Hams, Calves.
Thanks for the help.
