Hi. I am looking for an edge cycling. As in a bike. What can I take to increase my sprinting strength and also endurance. I need to be able to train longer and make quicker progress.
Something or several things that will boost strength and endurance with minimal weight gain or water retention. My number one priority is faster recovery and the ability to ride longer, number two is a faster speed and faster sprinting. Minimal side effects.
I've long been wanting to try something but never really got around to it. But over this summer I have been off the bike and now need to get back to top shape ASAP, and hopefully surpass previous levels.
I don't know what more information you need, I'm really looking for someone to give me some names of gear so I can start research. So much of the info I have found so far has been for bodybuilding but cycling is known for doping so I'm sure someone knows.
