Whats goin on guys?

I was just wonderin if anybody can post me a workout diet that some of u guys may use in order to get good gains. cause i no protein is essentia for muscle gain so if someone can tell me a high protein diet that would be great.

And also post the scedule like what u eat in the morning, afternoon, etc. this will help alot.

If you are trying to bulk up I can give you an awesome diet for bulking. Along with heavy basic lifts- deadlifts, squats, bench press, t-bar rows, shoulder presses, dips and pull-ups, add this diet.
Breakfast, 3 eggs. bacon, peanut butter sandwich, protein bar, and a glass of milk.

Lunch should be a full meal and resemble a typical dinner that Mom would make--
Afternoon snack a sandwich is fine
Dinner --a large piece of meat or fish along with green vegetables--very low carbs
Evening snack --a bag of beef jerky or 2-3 hardboiled eggs
All of this while drinking a gallon of whole milk throughout the day.
This is my present bulking diet and I am blowing up like a balloon, while staying fairly lean, my bodyweight has increased dramatically.

Milk is a great protein source for bulking, and it is fairly inexpensive. A gallon can be had for under $3. This is part of my present bulking diet, and my body weight has gone up dramatically with a minimal increase in body fat. Drink a glass here and there throughout the day, and it's no trouble to finish off an entire gallon.
 
how can you drink a gallon of milk a day and your supposed to drink alot of water too like a gallon. of course your gonna gain weight all that liquid!
 
There is a lot of water in milk, when I am bulking I try to get as much of my water from milk. I do drink water when I am in the gym and I try not to drink ice cold water, it plays havoc with my digestive system-a bit cooler than room temp is best.

This is my diet. I been on it for 3 moths now and have got some amazing gains without juice.

with all the v-8splash and cranberry juice i drink it comes out to be aroun 4500-5000cals
 
I have been on a bulking program for 6 months now. I have managed to break the 170lb plateau, by consuming well balanced meals throughout the day, along with a gallon of whole milk everyday. The secret for breaking my plateau has been a constant consumption of high protein, good carbohydrate meals--by good carbs I mean mostly green vegetables. I never eat anything after 8pm, but throughout the day I eat, eat and eat some more. The only real junk foods that I eat are protein bars and they aren't really junk food they just aren't as clean as the rest of my diet. I plan on starting my cutting diet by the end of May. My gains have been phenomenal and my friends are telling me that if I put on any more weight I am going to explode. I have become addicted to bulking and I thoroughly enjoy the constant eating and heavy lifting involved. I have managed to stay fairly lean considering the amount of weight I have put on and this is due to the type of meals I eat here is a sample healthy meal:

Grilled pork tenderloin salad
1 pork tenderloin--2lbs of meat
Grill tendeloin
grill 1 green pepper
grill 1 red pepper
grill 6 spears of asparagus
grill 1 zucchini
cut up grilled veggies and meat into bite size chunks
put in bowl with two large handfuls of fresh spinach
add 3 hard boiled eggs
add salad dressing of your choice--I prefer Caesar
Bulking was always difficult until I learned to enjoy all the food I ate. Drinking a gallon of whole milk throughout the day has been a major help in bulking up.

Tomorrow I start cutting, I reached my highest bodyweight ever at 231lbs 12% bodyfat 5ft7in --Eliminating the gallon of milk a day will be the first step in the cutting process, then as I get leaner I will eat similar meals to what I am eating now, just smaller amounts. The goal is to stay over 210lbs at about 6% bodyfat by the end of summer.
 
yea, i got up to drinkin a half gallon a day with ease. i think drinkin a whole gallon a day will make my bugdet even tighter.

Just A Thought!!

I wanted to gain weight when I was 24 and followed the direction of some lunkhead. I did as was dictated in his book, to gain mass=drink 2 gallons of milk/day. Went OK for 1 day!!! Second day, my turds were white!!!! Needless to say I backed off the whole milk weight-gain prospect...Freaked me out and now I know it's whole foods that make the difference... White SH*T fellas, not "Good"!!!! Don't do anything abruptly!!!! Moderation and more IMPORTANTLY~~~ WHOLE FOODS!!!
 
2 gallons of fkin milk a day!!!??? HOLY SHIT!! thats pretty damn stupid. who ever told u that needs a good slap to the head.
 
While in the Marines every now and then we would have a Milk contest.....We would place our betts at the start and then drink a gallon of Milk in under 30min. (that's the easy part) Then you had to hold it down for another 30min.

Not easy to do....trust me.
