Best None-Salad recipies for weight loss?

Hi Guys,

Needin to lose a fair bit of weight, I know it's 80% diet but no matter how much I try I HATE salads. Just gives me the heaves!
I can eat lettuce and tomatoes and that's about it.

Does anyone know where I can get some good lunch recipies that I could eat daily?

how are you with chicken and steamed veggies
nuts
turkey
fish, salmon, tuna, cod, halibut talapia,
protein shakes...

thats the main stuff thats going to help you with your diet.

what are your current stats? check out the diet forums stickies, they have some very good information

Cheers man,

Not too keen on salmon and never tasted halibut talapia but the rest sounds good.
Am I ok to carry on with the protein shakes then? Wasn't sure if I was or not so I stopped.

Ingredients For Chicken Piccata Recipe

4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
Pepper
Flour
Salt
Olive Oil For Frying

1/3 cup of White Wine
2 Tablespoons Of Butter
1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice
1/3 Tablespoon of Parsley
