I threw some dill pickles in after the picture. Don't worry guys that was just first helping. I finished the other 5 pieces of chicken and the pot of rice.

I'll admit I need a diet overhaul. It's not unhealthy but its not "clean"

My diet has been coming pretty solid.

lost 10 lbs in 7 days, but I think it was all water as I'm vascular as fuck right now.

I haven't weighed myself in a week gonna guess around the same weight.

He said it was water though, I routinely lost 6-8 lbs of water weight for wrestling the day before but I was at 170 lb weight class. Guys cut more than that at 145. Some people have messed up health issues as a result.

Ive 6-8 lbs over night before.. all water as well.
 
I drop 15lbs in 24 hours when I drop gluten. A bit intolerant lol
Crikey! Just a little intolerant. :spin: My wife has a friend that is very intolerant to gluten and the poor thing is so uncomfortable in social settings as you can tell she wants to fart out that gas from the bloating, but refuses to. She'll get up and wander off to the bathroom, only to come back all relieved. It's funny and sad at the same time.
 
Yea it's hard to believe that I am. I'm middle eastern. Gluten is a staple in our natural diets.
