best over the counter supp. for bulking and adding size

i wouldnt say protein, but i would say diet... to add size, you need to consume more calories than you burn, that, combined with some good hard workouts should pack on some size.
however, if i had to choose an actual supplement to use to put on size, i'd pick plasmavol...

Is it a protein or what? we dont have it in Sweden...
Anyways, u cant say that any other sup gets size (muscle) better then Protein, protein is muscle! Ofcourse is diet, training and sleep the key but he asked for "best over the counter supp" Not about what to do around things to add size bro..
 
Plasmavol is a supplement which contains creatine, L-glutamine, ALA, and dextrose. I am currently taking plasmavol before my workout and plasmavol mixed with vanilla whey after my workout. I have put on 8lbs in a little over two weeks which is the best I ever did. However some of that is probably water. So I would say get some plasmavol if you want to get a creatine and follow the advice of Bast and doggy.

chill bro. the point is, if you take protein, but fail to take in more calories in a day than you burn, you wont put on size, plain and simple. yes, protein supplements are good, no arguement there
