Scotty, just wanted you to know that I can relate man. Sucks to be trying to get wife preg and have low libido and ED.
I got diagnosed with low t (secondary) and because my wife and I were trying to get pregnant the Endo's (went to a couple over the space of a year) put me on various amounts of HCG (200ius-700ius 3 times a week) monotherapy but regardless of the dose I still had libido and ED issues. The whole time my E was in the high "normal" range, but they said that couldn't be the cause of ED or libido issues (bull crap!). They didn't want me on test in addition to the HCG cause they said it would cause infertility (also bull crap!). They wouldn't put me on an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) cause that was "off label use".
I found a doc 6 months ago that put me on 100mg Depo test per week, and 300 IUs of HCG 3 times a week and I'm hitting it like a rock star, high libido, sperm count is good and no ED issues (still have some high E but the sides are negligible just some mild edema and mild joint pain). The wife is very happy! Not pregnant yet but think it will happen soon.
