I used to use MuscleMilk. Tastes awesome, but high in fat. Now im on Meso-tech. they have a new taste thats pretty damn good. 45g of protein per serving.
I was using ISO Pure for a long time. But just ordered from TrueProtein. Their whey isolate with chocolate flavoring is great. I just order the l-glutamine and bcaa separate to add to it.
i dont think you can get a better bcaa and glutamine dosage out of other products serving size wise...i could be wrong...plus the vits in ti too...and as far as taste the zero carb ones dont taste to great but the original ones with carbs taste good..also some of the new crazy flavors taste pretty good....plus i never said it was cheap...

yea im sure its a good product, i just cant stand the taste, and theres cheaper stuff out there thats just as high quality. I like to add my own BCAAs and glutamine when im using them. I always buy bulk powders for the most part.
There are so many protein shakes out there saying which one is best is going to be a matter of opinion. My recommendation is to find one that is not pure sugar and one that you actually like the taste. If the taste is palatable you will have no trouble consuming it. I really dislike cookies and cream and most vanilla or strawberry flavors they are sickenly sweet.
all the whey in 50lb bags, its the cheapest protein u can buy, ON whey is close in second place with also a great price. both taste and mix great. who cares how many grams per serving, since most of us will use 2-4 scoops per shake.
