Hey guys just looking for you opinion on a Sustanon250 cycle. Do you get better gains from shooting 250mg eod or 500 mg weekly? And how about water weight would it make a big difference from 250 eod to 500mg weekly?
Yes, the more of the compound that is active within your system the greater then chances of your experiencing side effects (including water retention) and these side effects will likely increase with severity. This is especially true if you are using more of a drug then is necessary or that you are "used" to.
So Aboot this is my cycle so far
1-10 sustanon250 250mg eod
1-12 Tren 75mg ed
This is going to be my third week on this cycle coming friday do you think I should drop the sustanon down to 500mg weekly cause Im trying to watch my water retention and plus my gf comes back at the end of August so I dont really want to be bloated. All my friends keep telling me everybody is different what do you think?
What does your cycle history look like? Your current stats (height, weight, bodyfat estimate) and what is your goal for the cycle? Are you using an aromatase inhibitor to keep the estrogenic water retention in check?
This is my second cycle.My last cycle was about 3 months ago. My first cycle was a 16 week cycle of Fina.I gained a lot of muscle mass and lost a lot of body fat.I kept most of my gains on from my first cycle. Im 5-11 210 pounds and about 17% body fat overall. Im just trying to bulk up as much as I can and have that hard defined look before my gf comes back and trying to have a nice stomach which gives me a month to do. I just started this cycle less then 3 weeks ago. Im taking Novadex 20mg every night before I go to bed
Well, cutting at the same time you are trying to add muscle is walking a very fine line but tren is the drug to run if you are going to do it. However the most important factor will be your diet. Can you give us a summary of what you are eating in a typical day?

Nolvadex won't do anything for water retention and may actually increase your chances of developing gyno while using tren (although this is not an absolute). I wouldn't run it and instead use an aromatase inhibitor such as aromasin or arimidex in it's place.
Yah I figured it would be a good time to cycle since my gf is gonna for the whole summer. Im 26 and have been training for 8 years. My diet consists of this.
Every morning I eat a bowl of ceral with milk. Scramble 4 eggs and cook 4 sausages.
I drink 60gs of protein every 2 hours or so unless I have to eat a meal.
Lunch I eat 2 Turkey and cheese sandwiches on wheat bread. About an hour after my lunch I eat a can of tuna. Then I go home mix a smoothie with 60gs of protein. Wait about 30 minutes then hit the gym. I drink a gallon of water at the gym. Come home drink another smoothie with 60gs of protein then eat a can of tuna. Dinner I eat ramen noodles with 3 eegs and meatballs. Before I go to bed I drink 60gs of protein.
I know my diet sounds pretty fuked up lol but Im a broke college studen who cant afford to eat steaks all day and everyday only when Im lucky

You could, but it is completely up to you of course. It is a ton of testosterone you are using and you'll likely see gains that are just as good as your current ones on the higher dosage but with a smaller likelihood of severe side effect.
K thanks a lot I really appreciate all the help I think Im gonna drop my doses to 500mg weekly because I dont want to get to bloated as of now I havent retained a lot of water weight but I know its takes anywhere from 3-7 weeks. So I dont want to look like the stay puff marshmallow man when my gf comes back. haha
