best stuff to eat during bulking cycle

I'm asking if there is a really good way to pack on healthy weight during a cycle, fish and chicken with plenty protein a must of course. Just trying to make this diet interesting with some ideas or recipes since its the most important part of working out I'm ingesting 3200 cals. A day. I'm 5*7 150lbs.

and find ones you like or can find and ofcourse aim for healthy and this simple thing should help you without over complicating it : )

I also rec adding a few supps daily:
multi vitamin
1-3g taurine ed
3-5g creatine ed
extra vitd 2000-5000iu ED
protein powder 3-4 servings a day IMO
 
During a bulk/offseason I switch from fish/chicken to more lean red meat (steaks, extra lean beef etc)

Whole eggs instead of eggwhites, milk instead of water in a protein shake...

As was mentioned if you google calorie dense foods you'll find things like peanut butter, nuts, candy of course (junk)
 
That's a helpful link I was pretty close with my bmr . I didn't know that formula even existed ha. I used it thank you. useful stuff guys thx I want more than 13pounds this time around.

Whole avocado cubed. Onion, green peppers cilantro...a Little garlic salt, pepper and lime juice..a few pieces of turkey bacon thrown in and you have a solid healthy meal that could be served at a restaurant.
 
Actually, if you want to control your weight. According to the food and beverage analysis, you have to obey the two steps--having a stable diet and the other is doing exercise. if you are sitting in office everyday, you should not drink soft drink otherwise your belly will be bigger and bigger.
 
Whatever you eat, make sure to include lots of fiber to get all that through your system fast and easy.
 
Yeah, off season I switch to more fatty meats with more taste, I'll add in sauces and grate cheese on things....

I spend a lot of the year cutting, so it's important for me when I bulk, to make meals tasty but still reasonably healthy...

I'll add in white potatoes a lot, perhaps bring pasta in to my plan for a while, and I don't mind a bit of wholemeal bread from time to time...

But once D-Day comes - these extras get dropped like a hot-snot!
 
Eat clean, and eat a lot. Fish and chicken are always good. Without a sound diet you can't make solid gains. I like to throw a couple T-bones in the mix also. With all that protien lots of veggies and fiber too.
