I know it might sound stupid but im a poor mofo and I honestly feel alot better sticking with supp's (AS of rite now).

Pref. that actually boost Test.

Can you people help compile a list for me and whoever is in my situation? Thanks!

1) Creatine
2) ZMA
3) Protein
4) Glutamine
 
protein, whether its food or powder is a given
creatine always enhances your workouts
glutamine isnt needed, especially when gaining weight
ZMA isnt really anything special...its Zinc, magnesium, and vitamin b6 or b12...cant remember off the top of my head. Just eat a some beef.
