....to do a longer post cycle therapy (pct). I did 2 months on 50mg Clomid per day. Never before have I retained so much mass and strength. Even starting to gain again, albeit slowly. Couple this with using only the expensive high quality supplements (best forms of creatine, protein isolate, pre-digested protein), pre-work out booster (Jack3D) and training really smart. Doing only light high rep reminder sets the day after heavy work out for the same body part accelerates recovery and I take loads of rest as I feel it is needed.
Another possibility is that gains from deca are more solid as this was the first time I did deca or that I am learning more on training correctly as I do more cycles.
What do you guys think? Why is it so set in stone that PCT needs not the be more than 4 weeks? How do you change your schedule when off cycle?
