What's the best time to get a Estradiol lab so it looks "worst?"

I have a doctor that I feel is going to be very hard to convince to get him to get me some AI...

Switch to soy protein? Seriously, it sounds a little like your doc would be more likely to reduce your test dose than add Aromatase inhibitor (AI) if E2 showed high.

Just find out what your E2 really is. You may not need an AI.
