Best training while on roids?

Hello guys, hope you guys are doing well.

Well guys I'm starting my first cycle in a months time, I got all the gear but now I'm just waiting for the PCT to arrive.
My goal is to achieve a body like "Jeff seid" "Matt ogus" "lazar angelov" kind of body. I know to achieve a body like theirs would require me to have a extremely strict diet, training and take at least 3-4 cycles (I guess).

Anyway, I'm 16% body fat at the moment and I want to get the maximum out of my cycle.
I'm wondering what type/program of training is the best to do while on steroids?

I have three things in mind,
1)Purchase Jeff seid training pack
OR
2)Give MAX-OT training routine a try
OR
3)Try some training routine I find on bodybuilding.com?

What do you guys think would be the best? plus my arms are the weakest muscles in my body and I really need to grow them as much as I can this cycle, what do you guys recommend me to do in order to grow my body in general?

PS: the cycle is test + primo for 8 weeks

You need to do some more research. Train naturally for a few years before hopping on the gear. If you have to ask what kind of workouts to perform you have no business doing steroids.
 
Wow so much wrong were to start
1) 3 or 4 cycles to get a body like a pro keep dreaming bud the drugs arent a shortcut tp years of hatd work
2) 1st cycles shpuld be test only for at least 12 weeks 8 weeks aint shit
3) primo only 8 weeks is another laugher your about 10 short there
4) no mention of an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) or what your pct plan is

My advice is hold off and read tje stickies you dont sound ready
 
So this type of cycle is shit in your opinion? Doing test Ethanate for 12 weeks alone is better?
 
I will tonight, but would test e and dbol for 10-12 weeks be better than primo and test propionate for 8 weeks?

Lazar has some killer genetics combined with training his ass off.

I wouldn't give you a routine until I saw your stats and a pic. Then I would still say Jim's 5/3/1 for base to start. Then look at a mix of it and some Crossfit style routines on your energy system work days.
 
Primo needs to be ran 16-20 weeks thats why its not good for a 1st cycle. If your serious about getting the body you want you need to realize its gonna take years even with the juice. Start off with a test only cycle to start. Then next cycle maybe add an oral kickstart or stack with another injectable. Keep building up and increasing your knowledge as uou go along. I`ve been cycling ten years and i still learn new stuff all the time on here
 
Create your own routine that fits your schedule. Your goal should be to hit each muscle group once or even twice a week. Go to the gym, destroy what ever muscle group you working on, and you will see the results. Doing Jeff Seid's routine wont make you look like him.
 
Diet, training then gear. Like said above; your goal is not realistic (think in terms of years to meet those goals); My primo protocol is 1,000mg a week for 24 weeks. Primo is not a short cycle compound. Drop the primo and yes; test only for your first cycle. Test will be in every cycle you run. You need to learn how your body reacts to test alone. You are advised to run an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) with the test

Hmmmmmmm, I recognize two of those names as ones that get tossed around when it's another younger guy thinking that AAS is the answer. You need to learn how to eat properly and have a consistent training program for at least a year (the more the better) before you even think of hopping on drugs. This is of course assuming you're not still in puberty - which based on your selection and avoidance of declaring your age you likely are.
