Best way to dose clomid and nolvadex for PCT.

I am currently running 500mg Test E and 200mg Tren ace for 12 weeks. I am on my 6th week and wondering how much clomid and nolvadex should i take for my PCT?
Any help would be appreciated

Yup i have. There are too many different ones, some saying you should use HCG, some saying you should use aromasin instead of Nolvadex. I only have access to Nolvadex and Clomid. I thought instead of reading some more I thought I would just ask the forum for the best PCT dosage using these, actually i can get HCG but is this mandatory?

clomid 50mg ed for 30days
nolva 30mg ed for 30 days

begin 3 weeks after last injection (for test e and c), waiting 10-14 days after test prop is fine... the longer you wait to start PCT, the more effective the meds will be as your test levels will be at the lowest point
