Best Way to Eat Turkey Burgers?

I make them like a meat loaf. I add bread crumb, parsley, diced onion, one egg, a little ketchup and mustard, and salt and pepper. Mix it all up, and make burgers out of them.

Not a big fan of turkey burgers but I like them coated in Jamaican Jerk and then grilled

Excellent.

The problem with turkey burgers is that they usually turn out dry because the meat doesn't have much fat in it. This recipe sounds great for keeping them moist. :)

Yup, they definitely stay moist. I also add some garlic powder too, forgot to mention that before.

What type of ground turkey does everyone eat here? I forget what brand I normally grab, but all in all I think it tastes pretty good! Better than a plain old chicken breast IMHO.

Jennie-O makes the burgers pre-made and they are good if you grill em . . .

Just finished eating two of them

i prefer chicken to turkey, but I eat them the same way. Season them with a little salt and some pepper, 2 slices of fat free cheese, and bread (usually whole wheat but regular tastes better)
