Fat Loss:

A low-carb diet ala Atkins or CKD ala BodyOpus--this starts the fire.
Weight Training--this keeps the fire burning.
HGH--this turbo charges the fire. HGH is the superior fat burner when used properly.
Armour thyroid--this will counteract HGH-induced hypothyroidism.

In three to six months, you will see amazing results. If you want to be perfect, then you will have to also consider liposuction/plastic surgery to remove "stubborn" areas of fat with no blood supply. I wouln't even evaluate for surgery until after extensive use of HGH.

DOC: share your thoughts on the GH's negative attribute of causing insulin resistance. I would love to give GH a try for the myriad of benefits; however, the potential threat of insulin resistance; followed by the thoughts of beginning a downward spiral living with Syndrome X, does not make this drug appealing to me.

I have thought about running it with Avandia but the threat there being blood pressure problems(via accumulation of water (prominent side of Avandia). With AS use and my familial history, it's eminently paramount to keep my blood pressure in check as hypertension runs in the fam.

This would probably be better as a thread of its own.
