this order:
1. diet
2. cardio
3. supplements
cut back to your weight x10 (so if you're 200lbs, your max daily intake should be 2000 kcals). there are non-leg cardio machines at my gym: a few rowing variations, (this one is corny) there's also a "hand bike apparatus". if you're looking for otc supps, ephedrine hcl with some caffeine can't be beat. if you want to get fancy, you could stack SAN's tight with ephedrine. but ultimately, what you eat or don't eat is the deciding factor.
