Curious to know what kind of workouts you guys are doing while on a cutting diet.
I am not necessarily trying to get huge, but I do want to add some muscle and get a little bigger, but I am primarily focusing on my diet and cutting some fat.
I am 5'10.5'', 182 lbs, 20 yrs old. Not positive what my BF% is.
Just got back from Rite Aide store and purchased what Ill need for an ECA stack.
Planning on waking up, taking the ECA stack, and doing cardio, whether it be sprints, treadmill, jump rope, jogging outside, or eleptical (going to try and switch it up a lot).
My daily plan is going to look like this though:
Times aren't set in stone because of flexible work schedule so I'll need to figure out how I am going to work around it.
1) Wake up, ECA Stack, Cardio on empty stomach
2) Directly after cardio:
Eat Egg whites, 1/2 cup oats
3) Mid morning snack, 1 scoop 100% whey (24g pro)
4) Lunch: Chicken Breast, Green Beans, Carb (whole wheat pasta, brown rice, sweet potato)
5) Workout (Looking for advice for best routine, high rep, high intensity??)
6) PWO Shake, 2 scoops 100% whey
7) Dinner: Chicken Breast, Green Beans
Going to start the ECA just once in the morning to see how my body reacts and build a tolerance, going to cycle it 2wks on, 2 wks off.
Also, I am taking some fish oil pills and a multivatim in the AM.
I probably need to get some more healthy FATS into my diet so I'll look into that.
Also, should I take a shake at night before bed or not while I am on a cutting diet?
I'll probably do cardio 4-5x a week and try and lift 3-4x a week. Do abs with cardio.
Any help, advice, or suggestions to my plan greatly appreciated.
