Better to bulk/cut on test cip

Testosterone can do everything. Bulk you up, cut you down, or both at the same time!! But it only depends on what you eat.

That being said, Test Cyp. can cause significant bloating. If you are trying to be dry while cutting, you would either need some AI's to keep the bloat down.

I know diet will but for being the first cycle would I get more muscle mass doing it on a bulk?
Or would it be the same as if I was on a cut
I'm sorry if it's confusing

I'm not bashing you for asking a question, at least your are trying to figure it out.

So think about the question you are asking!! All test is simply test, the ester determines the frequency of injects needed to maintain stable blood levels. With cyp, basically the exact same as enanthate, maybe 1 carbon different, you basically could inject one time a week based on half life. Really it's the same as enanthate and if any one says different they are full of shit. Besides many UGL's only have enanthate but label it as cyp but that's another story.

So you have test, that has to be injected at least once a week, twice a week is the better way to maintain stable serum levels.

If you are looking to add the most mass, then obviously bulking is the route you want to take. That means an increase in protiens/cals from what you need to maintain your current weight. But as the cycle progresses, the amount of calories and protien will increase as well to maintain and continue to grow with the new mass.

If you were using it to cut, you would be restricting calories, in which case test/AAS is/are used to maintain the muscle mass you have now while decreasing body fat. Is it possible to add some muscle mass while cutting? Possibly. Usually it happens in the form of a recomp where you really don't gain or lose any weight (or very much) and essentially decrease bf while increasing muscle mass, and you would look quite a bit different but won't see much on the scale.

When cutting you typically are losing weight on the scale, and trying to hold on to as much muscle as possible, and trying to get a very dry look.

So this all depends on you, your genetics, your body type, your diet, your training etc. Everyone can tell you that if you cut you have to use an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) to stay dry, which is common, but not always true. I've got to the point where I rarely use an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and don't hold water, or very much at all. But I have a hard time adding bf. If you gain bf easily or have higher than 15% bf, you may convert test to estro much easier due to a higher amount of Aromatase enzymes.

An important thing to remember is to drink enough water. This is to keep healthy, clean, but also to remain hydrated. If you aren't drinking enough water, you will know, your body will begin to hold more water(bloat) and your urine will become dark or have a stronger odor. If cutting you want to drink a lot, to prevent bloat from dehydration. But it's equally important while bulking.

I would spend a lot more time reading about nutrition, and make sure you are training to fit your goal, which heavy low rep pretty much works for everything. But you should already know your maintenance cals, how many you need to grow, and may have to figure it out to cut. And even metabolism plays a role because some are better off by frequent meals to keep metabolism going, others with fewer large meals.

It's important to know as much as you can, and to be honest, your question makes me think that you haven't quite grasped the concept of AAS, esters, and how they work. You will build the most muscle by feeding it and training heavy with lots of rest. You should google - carb cycling or just go to the nutrition forum, or if just wanting to bulk, simply increase cals and protien beyond what it takes to grow and continuously reevaluate your diet and figure out if you have enough of what you need to grow or need more.

x2 lol

Man you answered all I needed to know
As far as nutrition goes I feel I'm good with that since I was doing all natural I'm very comfortable with it but as far as gear I'm not thats why I'm asking ?'s about it I have some knowledge but not to the Point where I can preach about it or tell someone how to use it,little by little though and of course I need to do more research on it which I will be doing, thanks alot you helped out alot

No problem. Don't take what I wrote as the end all, I can only tell you what works for me. Take your time, ask the questions you are unsure of, and spend some time around here. There is always something to learn.
