For getting cut, Would it be best to up my set to 5, and my reps would be around ( 10/10/8/8/4) -

1st set - Light weight but get hard near 8th rep
2nd set - (increase 5lb each side, and gets harder near 7-8th rep)
3rd set - (increase 5lb more)
4th set - (increase 5lb more)
5th set - try to increase to highest to make at less 4 reps

Do this for workout like: Bench Press, Preacher Curls (with Barbell), Sqauts ...ect.....And all on different day. With add-on,
Day 1 Bicep/Chest
Day 2 Ticep/Chest
Day 3 Chest/shoulder
Day 4 Leg

for getting cut? 70% diet 30% cardio.

you can do all the high rep low weight variations you want but without diet and cardio you won't get cut.

right on! I am diet, candy I have dropped, the only bad thing I really do is drink coffee/ diet pop and rye.

Other then that I am trying to keep my cal intake around 2600 it was over 3000, in about a month I will try to drop that down to 2200 , I workout hard doing quick rep, and my cardio is : trend or bike for 15-20min

I think that if I can put a sweat on by doing quick rep and pushing to the max every set, and then hit bike or something and get my heart rate around 94-115 or so on, for 15-20min, and then hope off and do abs.

Well depending on your age you probably want a heart rate much higher than but that is if you are still somewhat young. For a 35 yo male i would get it about 145 and maintain that for about 30 - 45 minutes.
