Bicep routines plz

Each lifter has their own favorite workouts. A good tip is that any weight you cannot rep a good 10+ times is too much weight and you will not get good results. Also, I recommend free-standing curles with free weights. No cheating(hip throws, arm swinging) for a dead hang curl up. Once palm out and once palm parallel(think of it like one rep is for hand shakes, the other for hand slapping). I am very pleased with how mine have progressed.

what SC said and part of what diener said
i see most guys adding more weight to the curl bar each week than they are adding to their squat wtf??????

My training partner makes me do biceps once in a blue moon, i hate it. I Have enough weakness' that i don't need to be spending time doing curls, lol. I can bust out sets of 8 bent rows at 315 full range, and dumbell row the 165's for 6, so i guess my bis are strong enough.

I don't work biceps directly neither. My biceps finish really weak after back work. Basically rows and chins (and deadlift of course but doesn't target bis).
If I have any energy left I do some curls (1 or 2 about 15 reps).

my bicep routine to develop insane peak only takes about 7 minutes

:insane2:

I just do heavy back work and after i'm done w/that throw in some curls and hammer curls 1-2 sets of ea. and call that good enough. A few months ago I barely even did that and my arms still grew plenty. Just lots of heavy back work and a good diet.
