I'm 6' about 200lbs
What's the best way to get a full bicep? I'm getting a ball at the top, but the rest of my bicep looks undefined. I use full range of motion, but I'm not obtaining a full look to my arms.

Any suggestions??

P.S.
Don't know if this helps, but these are the
I am doing standing barbell curls3x10, preacher curls3x10, and concentration curls3x10.

Bicep shape is genetic. But within the boundries of your own structure you can stress certain areas over others. But radical 'shape change' will not occur.

Scott curls are a good choice as are reverse curls and hammer curls.
Cable curls seem to as well. Howver if you have High short biceps nothing will dramatically alter them for you. Its all in the genes.

Undefined? Lose bodyfat and water, personally I dont care that much because you cant cut the beef if you dont have the steak. I would worry more about putting on some size before trying to get "defined," which is exactly what I am still doing 6'2" 251.
