week 1-18 animal pak, 500mg 3x a day vit c,
week 1-12 ..Test 250g 2x mon/thu night
week 1-12.. Aromasin 10mg EOD
week13-14 aromasin 20mg
week 15... 20mg nolva/ 100mg clomid /20mg Aromsin
week 16 ...20 nolva /100mg clomid /20mg Aromsin
week 17... 10 nolva/100mg clomid /20mg Aromsin
week 18.. 10 nolva/ 50mg clomid /20mg Aromsin



Needles:
Drawing 18g..
Shooting-25g 1inch and 25g 1.5inch glutes quads and delts

Supps and supports- I have a tub of cycle support, should i use it? maybe add some fish oil?

height-5'11
weight- 208 bf 12-13% maybe lower
hair- losing in temples
life-single, no kids
skin-clear
sex-always horny

Diet
wk1-8 eat like a mad man. 6 clean meals a day plus some burger king 5-6 a week

wk-9-12 one or two cheat meals a week


GOAL-
I want to gain 20pds of stage muscle and compete at 197 this oct in a NPC show. I know i will gain fat and water... 235+ is my goal b4 i start precontest diet in MAY

i have done hdrol, Epi and the one. My post cycle therapy (pct) was otc supps and nolva, i have never used clomdi.

Training-
reps 8-12
reps for ONLY legs and arms are 12-25

sun-chest/ biceps
mon- back/hams
wen-delts triceps
thur quads/calfs
friday -arms are done every other Friday

delts and arms are lacking

week one
I pinned Monday( jan 25h) and Thursday morning after a shower around 9a.. the first time , it took me along time to draw the test from the vial.. but now i got the hang of it.

i started my cycle around 207pds. I am 215 as of monday night.. tomorrow will my 4th pin of test.. No sides so far. my good freind, said my face is bigger too. my balls still feel pretty good.

mood i have been cool and calm. i feel good.
 
What type of test are you using? I'm assuming its prop as Test e wouldn't kick in that quick with weight gain.

And why the high reps? if your trying to build mass then 12-25 is definantly to high IMO. 12-8 is good and what i am currently doing.

As far as losing hair goes, but Zizoral shampoo and use EOD, also try to get Proscar and use 1/4 tab ED, this will slow the hair loss down when the test converts.

I always thought of high reps being more a cutting type thing than bulking, but im not expert and im sure diff things work for diff ppl, and as you said, that works for you!

gl on the cycle, like to see the outcome..

maybe some before and after shots?

injecting is becoming easyer. the glute was a litte more painful then my delt.
