well back to the grind... i really shoot myself in the ass i always drop weight then say fuck it and put it slowly back on so here it goes again. questions comments pointers suggestions words of wisdom all greatly appreciated.

jump ur calories up to at least 2600.. and without ur actual diet posted up.. that's all i can tell u
