23 year old 180lbs ectomorph very low bodyfat, people think I wiegh alot more than 180. Been lifting for 8 or nine years but only 4 or 5 seriously. Natural, I wont juice.
This is what I do pretty much everyday:
10:00ish - I sleep in I am a student still
6 egg whites raw - pasturised
20g whey concentrate
1 cup frozen fruit
1 tbspoon flax oil
750ml milk
1 cup cranberry juice
1 cup low fat yogurt
1 multugrain bagel - 52g carbs 6g fat 9 grams protien
5grams creatine
multi vitamin
1000mg vitamin c
12:00ish
Pastrami with flax bread
chicken breast with rice
1:30-2:00ish
Mid afternoon
1 liter of milk
5:00ish
6 egg whites raw - pasturised
20g whey concentrate
1 cup frozen fruit
750ml milk
1 cup cranberry juice
1 cup low fat yogurt
Supper 6:30ish
Portion of some type of meat and rice/potatoe/noodles + vegetable
Pre workout
dextrose and protien
Post workout
dextrose and protien
1 hour post workout
Portion of some type of meat and rice/potatoe/noodles + vegetable
Before bed
Flax 750 or more milk
pastrami
1/2 to 1 cup of low fat cottage cheese
*not alowed to eat fish oils or most nuts
In other words I am always sorta bulking, I want goldberg shoulders. Should I add extra virgin olive oil anywhere? Is it bad to eat so much fruit? What should I change?
Curently I do little or no cardio, I worry about , losing calories. I only do short intense 10mins or so of cardio.
