Blood Sugar

Anyone know anything about blood sugar while on and off of steroids? I know there is a number and between 112 and 160 is normal....I tested mine today and it was at 110.....

does blood sugar tend to rise or drop while on steroids?

110? Was that a fasting number, or is that your 2-hour glucose tolerance test number? There's a HUGE difference between the two...

Either way though 110 is normal. It's just on the high range of normal if it was a fasting test.

Testosterone improves insulin sensitiviy, so your blood glucose will go down a little bit.

I am not sure what type of test it was....but i know that it was on the lower range of normal. A friend of mine who happens to be type 2 diabetic had a little tester so i gave it a try.
