Blood Test - Which Test should I ask for?

I want to monitor my Blood each month of the Cycle. My Doctor ran a Standard Total Test and CBC for my Physical. Once I got the results that everthing looks great, I started my Cycle. I can't go back to my Doctor for monthly Bloodwork, so I will be using a Private Lab. What Should I have them test, Just Total Test & Estradiaol?
My Private lab has this complete Hormone Panel (Pictured) Is this over kill?
