hey guys i just got my blood work done here are the values
total test 570 ng/dl (ref range 280 -840)
estrogen 28 pg/dl (15 - 40)
free test 50.4 pg/dl (ref range 15-50)
i have heard that free test has a ref range of 50 -250
but my lab sets it at 15- 50
also if my lab is right den also its only .9% of total test whereas most av people have 2 -3 percent of free test
so plz help me i am not able to decide whether my free test is low or super high ..my libido is fine but recovery is slow
even after 3 years of training every time i workout hard it pains a lot body is sore for about 2 3 days
