Finished last cycle in September 2012. Rehabbing shoulder / 6 weeks post surgery. Next cycle. Test e 600mg/wk. tren e 400 mg/week end of april

Normal LDL is 130 high end. So a little over.. I really know. Nothing besides results and dr said all is good .. Was asking advice from here

Anyone knowledgable on this kind of stuff? I know the guidelines of whst is considered high or low , but curious about personal Experience involving aas also.. Thanks

I'd keep an eye on your triglycerides as you're moving into the borderline high values which could also indicate pre-diabetes if your glucose is on the high end. The only other thing that stands out to me in my non-professional opinion is your LDL which I would start taking 2g of fish oil a day to help as increased HDL has been shown to decrease LDL. (and may help with your triglycerides too as it lowers bp, which can affect this.)

My .02c :)

Thanks for the advise on the fish oil .. Ill try .. And. Pre diabetes? Really? My dr didn't seem concerned on any of my levels .. Triglycerides were only 4 points over normal range.. ... Also I've been not so clean on diet and no where near normal activities or exercise since my surgery 6 weeks ago. U think that would effect my blood work?

The only way we can know much is to post full blood work with ranges.

Glucose is fine, you aren't pre diabetic.

Your LDL is high, cholesterol is high, and triglicerides are a little high. Not concerning if you were on cycle but I would probably not want to cycle with those values. What is your diet like? I would add in a little cardio, decrease trans/saturated fat and take fish oil @ 4g/day with a meal.

Just saw your other post. Yes your diet and low activity level would influence these values. What was your BUN? Also, post ranges as I have seen a pretty decent variation between labs

Bun was 29... Range was 7-25

I will post full blood work values and ranges if that helps... And yes I have been very inactive since surgery, not being able to workout has become depressing and effected diet as well.. Getting back on track and healing now is why I had blood work done

Thats what I thought on the BUN. What is your protein intake like? Do you take creatine? that is a sign your kidneys are under some stress...medications?

I do drink a couple protein shakes a day along with a high protein diet. I was reading that if that was high and my bun/ creatine ratio was high, that it could just be a sign of not enough fluids?

After typing it on iPad , it is now in a different format when posted.. Excuse the extra periods between numbers, looks confusing.. But if u look at ranges u will see the numbers

The good cholesterol (hdl) is fine. 40-50 is normal. Greater that 60 is best. Triglycerides are a tad high. Normal is less than 150. So you look fine. The test numbers seem okay for a 38 year old male. Sugar seems fine. You look good from my point, but then again, I'm not a doctor. Just a 45 year old male with family heart disease that makes me watch the numbers closely.

Lipids are the only real thing to be concerned about and they aren't that bad. If you were on cycle they would be fine.

Yes your BUN is probably high because you need to increase fluid intake. I would do at least a gallon of water a day, minimum. and if you are already doing that, increase it half a gallon

Thanks guys , makes me feel a little better. I started fish oil today and added more cardio, trying to bring levels down.. And yes I'm drinking about a gallon of water now, ill up that by at least 1/2 gallon. Still rehabbing shoulder, if all goes well ill be starting a tren/ test e cycle in April sometime.. Trying to get levels down before that...

Sounds good to me. Didn't mean to scare you with the pre-diabetes part, but as swim mentioned, you are looking good. The fish oil should help a bit (my wife was able to stop bp meds just because of fish oil - no joke) as well as I would look into donating blood. Your RBC and hematocrit aren't HIGH, but I would consider it preventative maintenance.

My .02c :)
