Blood work two weeks after pct

Hey guys, just got my results from my first and only blood work. It would have been smart to get bloods for before and during cycle, but I only have these.

I am 28 years old, and the cycle was 12.5 weeks test e 500mg a week, first 4 weeks ran dbol @ 40mg. Aromisin was 15mg/day while taking dbol and 10mg eod for remainder of the cycle.

My pct was started 2 weeks after my last pin.. nolva 40/40/20/20 and clomid 50/50/50/50

Blood was taken exactly two weeks after last day of pct.

Here are some of the values:

Testosterone, serum 940 ng/dl
Estradiol 43.2 pg/ml
Lh 4.9
Fsh 3.2

Any input on these?

Thanks..

looks like you recovered fine to me. i might suggest getting another blood test in a months time because it is my understanding that clomid and nolva boost test levels very high then once the nolva and clomid are stopped, test levels drop back to baseline and level out. I've seen no proof of this though.

What is the reference range for estradiol?

test looks awesome but as jozifp mentioned it may decrease in the next month or so - usually bloodwork to confirm recovery is taken at least 4-6 weeks after ceasing PCT drugs.

Reference range for Estradiol is 7.6-42.6 pg/ml so mine is considered high.. This normal?

The test was the hormone planet for females so I'm not sure if the reference range is different.. The test lists me as a male tho.

Also was not aware that it is best to wait 4-6 after pct is completed, but I'm doing another cycle starting in June and plan on getting bloods again a week before.. I'll repost here for anybody interested.

I did a blood test 2 days after a restart and then a month after. My e2 was around 48 and my TT was mid 900s on the first test. After a month the next bloodtest showed e2 in the low 20s and TT at 619.

That is the range for males. Your E2 is fine. You had the Regular Assay done which is notorious for being 10-20 points over stated. This means you are probably between 23-33. The sweet spot for most guys is between 20-40.

Hematocrit is at 51%.. This also a number of concern when cycling?

Absolutely! Exogenous testosterone increases your hematocrit. Bad things can happen if your blood gets too thick. You want to prevent it from getting too thick. 51% is getting up there.

You can lower it by donating a pint of blood. Red Cross or some place like that. You should donate blood every 56 days to manage your hematocrit -- and save lives while you are at it.

Just got my bloods back from yesterday.. This is 8 weeks post pct as opposed to the values above that were taken two weeks post pct..

Test, serum 482 ng/dL
Estradiol 18.6 pg/mL
Lh 3.5
Fsh 1.5

ya it definately dropped. My thought is that you may have started pct a week too early. 2 weeks is no longer believed to be enough time to wait. most say 21 days after last pin if cyp or enth. so you probably ended your pct a little early. maybe get on low dose clomid for another month or two and see how that treats you? did you have baseline bloods done before the cycle?

I would suggest that you let your body recover for now and don't add any drug into the mix.
Your body is producing testosterone so I wouldn't start messing around and let it naturally figure itself out.

i really don;t think clomid would hurt. it can really only help him. he can wait 6 months for his levels to go up or hopefully get them there in 1 or 2 months with clomid.

Unfortunately I didn't have any bloods done pre cycle for either of the two cycles I've run, however.. I was tested for low t a couple years ago before taking any kind of aas and my test was at 462. So im assuming these bloods show I am fully recovered?

It has only been two weeks since you ran PCT. You won't know for sure if you are fully recovered until a couple months after PCT. Run the blood work again and see if everything holds.

Think I confused you mega,

The thread started with bloods that were taken two weeks post pct, but the numbers that I just posted are from the bloods I just had done 8 weeks post pct.

Indeed you did. I see that now!

Yeah, looks like you are back to your normal self. Of course, you want to make sure that everything else is good and recovered too. Such as BP, kidneys, liver, glucose, hematocrit, thyroid, etc.
