so, right now ive been doing 150mg test e once a week for a bit, just cruising on a testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dose....

it was about time for bloodwork as i was going to donate next week, and so.. figure it was time

RBC - 5.91 (4.10-5.60)
crit - 49.5 (36.0 - 50.0)
RDW 15.5 (11.7 - 15.0)

ive never seen my RDW above 14


also for the record.. inject on a sunday blood test on fri. Test was 537 and estradiol was 13.2 (yay letro)

Yikes, yeah higher RDW can be dangerous. Which testosterone cycles can increase RBC,, hematocrit, and RDW. Soo, your best bet would be to consult your doctor about treatment to lower it, or potentially cut out the testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for a while until your in a normal range

im thinking that it might be that i need to up my folic acid or b12. so im giving that a shot, all the others should go down after i donate
