Got my labs back today. I havent been off since last august. Started out in August with 18 weeks of Test prop at 150mg eod and 4 weeks of 50mg Var Ed, dropped the prop dose to 50mg eod in mid-december to present, and started tren at 50mg ED in late-january to present(14 weeks). Also ran T3 for a month in april and Epistane 30mg ED for the last 10 days.

ALT- 26 (2-45)
AST- 21 (10-40)
HDL- 19 (30-60)
Cholesterol- 158 (125-200)
Triglycerides- 85 (10-150)
Chol/HDL Ratio- 8.3
LDL- 122 (60-130)
TSH- 1.26 (.35-5.5)
Glusose- 86 (65-99)

As you can see everything is almost perfect with the exception of my HDL being a little low.

Your LDL/HDL ratio is ~6.4. That's poor.

Whats normal for that ratio? they didnt put that ratio on my tests, just the cholesterol/hdl ratio with 5.0 being average.

Well i wonder whats pulling it down cause its normally in the mid 40's. 150mg of test a week shouldnt have that negative of an effect and ive not heard of tren being bad for HDL so maybe its the epistane ive been taking last 10 days or so?

Test can have an effect, although I'm guessing that tren may be worse. It isn't anything near as bad as Winstrol (winny) of course.

tren can murder lipids

Actually, after giving it a little thought i can see how tren would effect HDL since it is a progestin based hormone and progesterone is known to lower HDL levels.

try adding some niacin to your supplement regime. use plain niacin [ b-3] imo and start with a few 250 mg pills spread throughout the day until you adjust to the flush and the add more untill your in the 1500 mg ed range or so . it should help.

flush is a harmless but uncomfortable temporary side effect of useing b-3 , prolonged use seems to diminsh the flush effects also takeing a baby aspirin 1/2 hour before takeing the niacin helps for some.
yahoo search niacin flush for more info.
