Mine is 32 and im not fat.


BMI is worthless to bodybuilders. All it does is prevent you from getting the cheap rates on health and life insurance. lol

I knew something was dodgey cos if i was to be proper weight for height they would think i was a junkie i agree with you.

Saying that i do have a fair bit of muscle but my bf is at the upper end of normal i dont think im one bit fat

Infact a little thin to be truthful

but not for long lol

BMI is only useful with studies of 1000's of people.

those things are BS, Im 6'5" and the ht to wt says I should weigh 179.
