Board Work

Winter

PR Hungry
I've been reading around the workout journals and been seeing a bit of board work. I just wanted to know what are the dimentions of one board(ie how tall is it, how long, wide, etc). Also, what are the real differences between something like 2boards and 4boards besides the amount of range you have to go down and up.

Is board work used to help your lock out?

Each board is a 2x6 cut to the length of your choice. The hight is avchived by how many boards you sandwich together. 1, 2, 3, 4, are the most useful and common IMO.

Except when you are 6'3, my board work starts at 4. I do mostly 4, 5, 6.
