can't find it on that link, it just has things telling me to purchase it to see the routine.

yet it says its like p90x. its probably not the best choice then. yet i could be wrong since i havent seen it

i just checked it out a little on youtube. just more gimmicks man. i hate how people take advantage of others by selling them the same old thing, time and time again. lifting isn't rocket surgery gentleman. neither is diet. don't pay someone 200 dollars to tell you to lift weights. if you're serious about fitness, then spend the time to research. learn it on your own. unless you are just too damn lazy, then be my guest and pay some 200 dollars to tell you to bench press! body beast - garbage. p90x - garbage. the rack.... what the fuck is that thing. you know all the ripped, jacked, diesel ass dudes in these infomercials DON'T use the product they are selling right?

Hi Folks,

I am currently trying to create a quality PDF version of Body Beast: The Book of Beast.
I have found a few bad versions online and spent some time on Photoshop trying to salvage as much as possible. However, there are some pages that are too bad and some that are just missing.
Are there any generous individuals out there who would be so kind as to help me out with some scans/pictures?
The pages required are:

Front Cover -> 40 and then 43, 45, 70-74, 78, 80, 93, 109, 112, 114, 115, 117, 118, 121.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I looked at the youtube vids.

I would save my money, I started ordering courses, manuals and books when I was 12. 33 years later, few things have changed.
There are some good things out there but few and far between.
Most are just a re-hash of something else.
