It said mine was 14% and I just had an underwater bodyfat test a week ago that came out to 10.2%. Even calipers put me at less than this website at around 10 or 11%.
it isn't accurate because it doesn't factor your height into the formula.
..a guy that's 5' and a guy 6'6 that both weigh 'x' weight and also have the same waist size will obviously have different BF%. accuracy wise; it all depends on what the assumed height is within the formula.
Not accurate at all. It says I'm 14% when I am at 10%. It doesn't take into account the bone structure or abdominal musculature. These will both increase waist size but don't necessarily increase body fat percentage. Skin fold measurements can be very accurate if done CORRECTLY.
