body fat help

i am 5'11 217 pounds at 10-11%bf but i have been stuck here forever my diet and macros are very strict my cardio is through the roof and i workout constantly. but i cant seem t get lower then 10-11 and advice on dropping down to 6-8%
 
i have been looking into it i would love some first hand knowledge of your experience. your hours your diet how it went any issues how long you did it and most important did you lose any strength?!?!
 
IM is a fad diet. Stick to the basics, bro. Cycle your carbs (1 high day, 3 low days). Also, 6-8% is very low, and quite difficult to maintain. You won't get below 8% without some supplement help, more than likely.
 
I use IM as a life style to keep fat off, with the exception of protein shakes I only eat between 11 aM and 7 pm at night, in those 8 hours eat up, long as its clean healthy stuff. The rweal benefit is not eating at night when your laying around inactive

I would say shoot for 9-10%, which is attainable with a dialed in diet. At 8%, you will look pretty shredded, but it involves a perfect diet all the time. 9-10% will be lean and your abs will be very defined, which is much easier to maintain for a long time.

I would recommend sticking with diet only, unless you plan on using gear, but I don't know how old you are, so I would just say diet. Clen and ECA are okay, but I really am beginning to not recommend them anymore.

It has become a lifestyle, I eat between 5-9 at night and get all my calories in. It's actually quite easy to go without food all day.
 
Thanks for the advice infection i will try to naturally stay at 9% for a while i dont mind the clean diet i actually really enjoy and see how i feel. what makes you no longer recommend eca and clem.

i just worry IF would strip me of my muscle.

IF is no good bro. Have you ever seen a body builder use IF? It's like saying Phil or Ronnie used Crossfit to get big..

I think that clen and eca have their place, but the more I dial in my diet, and the more time I spend seeing the way my body adjusts over time to different food and training, the more I realize that I don't need certain things. For a show they can be great, but I run gear so it's not too big of a concern for me.

I think avoiding orals, whether they are a steroid or not, is a good rule to live by.

i am trying to cut calls even more and when football season ends im gong to start HIIT along with my workouts see if i can get down thanks for the advice.
 
Supplement C fight against bacteria, malware, and infection, Guavas, gong pepper, fresh herbs, spinach, kiwi fruit fruit, pawpaw, lemon, cauliflower, belgium's capital seedlings and berries are great source of vitamin C....
 
I also do intermittent fasting. Seems to really help get rid of those last few lbs of body fat on those stubborn areas. Check it out here leangains.com
