WOW! Protein is SOOO important to gaining muscle!!! I must have been starving my body of protein, because just three days ago I started adding a whey (lactose free version) shake to my diet and BOOM, my muscles started growing fast and also became far more dense! It is a noticeable change in just three days! I am still doing my circuit training every other day like before, but this is amazing.
I should have my bloodwork results by Monday, but I just had to add that tidbit. Eventually, once I get my drugs sorted out, I will save up money and buy a diet and coaching plan. This is going to be a great year!
