whats the best way to estimate your BF%, i really dont feel like paying for it. lol.

i did it on one site, and w/ my height and weight put in 5' 11" 213 lbs. it came up to be like 36% which seems extreamly high? I'm not skinny or really even "in-shape" but i'm not obease.......

go buy some calipers and measure yourself.. but dont get the digital ones they suck
