Body Types Endromorph, Ectomorph and Mesomorph

There are three main different diet types which can affect a person diet plan that must be taken into consideration when planning a diet protocol. One of the main body types is Ectomorph which is the type of person who seems to be able to eat anything they want and never gain weight. Then there is Endomorphs who seem to gain weight no matter how much they work out or how hard they diet. While Mesomorphs are who are in the middle of Endomorphs and Ectomorphs can lightly exercise while barely dieting and still look physically fit. When considering a diet program a person must consider which genetic category they fit in to so they can create a well-balanced diet and workout program that matches their body type. By figuring what our body type is we can diet to create an efficient program to achieve maximum results.

First we are going to look at Ectomorph body types which have a more lean physique which gives them the appearance of being taller than they really are. They usually are really thin, small joints, and lack muscle mass; they are naturally not strong and have a very difficult time gaining weight. This type of person will seem they can eat any amount and types of food without gain weight; which in fact it is just much harder for them to gain weight. Ectomorph have the following common genetic traits; fast metabolism, tiny bone structure, seem hyperactive, don***8217;t always possess a huge appetite, naturally lacking muscle and strength; and finally just naturally skinny. Usually this type of person naturally can excel at sports that are primarily based on endurance.

To have a successful diet that is well balanced to have positive weight gain to have a healthier lean physique it is recommended that they follow the following diet regime. They would have to consume .8-1.2 grams of protein per body of body weight daily, 25-30% of calorie intake needs to come from fat from the following sources like fish, nuts and oils, and the rest of their calories from carbs. The diet of Ectomorph body type needs to have a high calorie intake in order to be physically fit.

The second type is the Endomorph body types are more likely to gain weight, but can also gain muscle mass at fast rate. They are at a disadvantage and advantage over Ectomorph body types due to ease of gaining muscles mass; but the disadvantage is the ease of gaining weight that maybe more difficult to lose. Endomorphs have the following common genetic traits a slower metabolism, thicker bone structure, larger appetites, naturally big and stronger than other body types.

Endomorph will want to have a more high-fiber food that are low in the glycemic index while avoiding carbs sources such as rice, potatoes, and bread. Endomorphs want to consume more the more high fiber sources like carrots, apples, and bran cereals which are on lower glycemic carbs. Eliminate majority of process foods and simple sugars such as soda pop from their diet. As Endomorph you will not want carbs to be more than 30 percent of your daily diet. But an Endomorphs protein intake should make up 50 percent of their dietary needs; only lean proteins like skinless chicken breast, lean red meat, and water-packed tuna. Rest of the diet should be 20 percent fat intake, but the fat intake should be monounsaturated fats like nuts, avocados, peanut butter, dark chocolate and olives. But with the correct diet and exercise regime Endomorph will be able to burn fat at fast rate due to their muscle mass burning more calories while exercise.

The last main body type is the mesomorphs which usually have an above average natural muscle mass. A person who is above mesomorph seems to have large muscular shoulders, legs, chest, arms, and square-shaped heads. A person of this body type has an easy time gaining muscle mass while at the same time keeping body fat below average. They can easily gain weight while they also tend to easily lose weight also with slight adjustments to their diet and activities.

Mesomorphs have an average metabolism that is best defined of that between an Ectomorph and Endomorph. They benefit greatly from a diet of usually 40 percent carbohydrates, 30 percent fat, and 30 percent protein based. They tend to have fluctuations in weight to their body type which is very important to have a detailed diet to keep muscle mass from turning into fat. A Mesomorph body type to use a well-planned diet plan and solid exercise to gain the most advantage of their body type.

When considering a diet program that will fit your needs the best you need to consider which will suit your body type. Every person has a body type that can be combination of body types or just one type. Very important that you suit your diet and exercise program to what type of body you have Endomorph, Ectomorph, and Mesomorph. If you don***8217;t take this into consideration your diet may not be able to benefit you at the maximum efficiency possible mean you won***8217;t get the most out of your diet plan.
