Boiled eggs before bed time

WEB11

???????????
Is eating 2 boiled eggs before bed time bad for a cutting diet? it would be the only eggs I eat everyday. Would it be better replacing the eggs with oats and half cup of 2% milk?

The rest of the diet looks like this:

Meal 1: 100% whey protein shake w/ half cup of oats + half cup of 2% milk + cellmass creatine + ice and water

workout

Meal 2: post workout protein shake w/ water

meal 3: steamed veggies with chicken/fish/steak and a little brown rice

meal 4: tuna salad sandwich (weat bread, half tbs of light mayo, half tbs of olive oil, 1 can of tuna)

meal 5: green leaves salad, 1 tomato brown rice, tuna salad (half tbs of light mayo, half tbs of olive oil, 1 can of tuna)

meal 6: Eggs? Oats?

Eggs = protein and fat. Oatmeal and milk = tiny bit of protein and carbs (including milk sugar). If I had to choose one I would definitely go with the eggs. However, personally I wouldn't call two eggs a meal. Not a lot of calories in just two eggs.

if you are cutting i would stay away from carbs and fat right before bed time. i would eat lean protein (maybe egg white) and green veggies before bed.

i would eat the oatmeal earlier in the day.
