I had an old outdated book I misplaced, or someone borrowed without returning, but I I'm looking for a new good book on training, describes which exercises hits what part of the muscle, maybe some new exercise ideas. something graphic that shows which body parts are being used, any recomendations?

I bought the Arnold Encyclopedia to Modern Bodybuilding a while ago. It was pretty good.

IMO a great beginner book!!

Yes, the pictures were good.

Currently I'm reading Keslo's Shrug Book which is good for covering many types of shrugs, purposes, history, especially good if the center of your back is your weak point.

IronMind I am also reading. Which starts out with a tiny bit of history on Peary Rader's father lifting a ~1500 pound tractor off of him and how it inspired him to inspect the minds power to control the body far beyond what most people tap. He later founded Ironman Magazine.
