Ok guys , have posted on here before about affects of warfarin and test. Here's the deal, I was put on thinners because I had a blot clot in my thigh. All swelling and pain are gone, pretty much back to normal. Lifting really heavy legs, zero affect.. I haven't really gotten a straight answer from my doc when I'll be off thinners. I would like to start a cycle, I never got to finish my last one due to injury. Just 500mg a week of test e with ai eod. My question is, wouldn't it be better to start now while I'm on thinners and getting my blood checked every other week? That way if it gets to thick/ thin they can catch it right Away. Idk if I sound like a total dumbass, I just wanna get a cycle in before summer, and I've had so much mixed info on the affects of test and blood thinners.. Always get great info from you fine folks, and I appreciate it. Thanks.

Research pulmonary embolism, and ask yourself if a cycle is worth the risk.

Yea, I know all about P.Es. If there's isn't s clot, anymore nothing to break off and head to lungs head heart. Plus being a thinners and being tested everyother week would be ideal, if my blood gets thick they can adjust meds. Idk maybe I sound like a complete moron... My logic may b fd

I'm on warfarin with my my mechanical heart valve. Steroids enhance the effect of the wafarin so less is needed to achieve the recommended InR. I fake 1 mg/day and I maintain Inr of 2.5
I have my own meter so I check once a week and then call in my results every other week like doc wants. As the testosterone builds in yur system yur Inr can change a lot.

Without Aas I would Need 3-4 mg /dAy to achieve the same Inr. I wouldn't cycle without my own meter. I adjust my Coumadin as needed. It's not rocket science but the doc would lead u to believe

So a guy should be alright? If I pin Monday when do you think I should check my inR 2 weeks ?

The way yur body assimilates warfarin and the effect aas has on yur Inr differs from person to person

Yur doc has set parameters for yur Inr usually +- 1/2 . Too high and you risk internal bleeding . Too low and you risk a blood clot or stroke associated when the clot breaks loose and goes to the brain.take this shit serious or bad things can happen

Don't fuck around with Coumadin bro. You need to check your INR/PT/PTT within a tight window and a lot of things can change it as you should know... like diet for example let alone AAS cycles. If i were you i would check it multiple times a week. Coumadin has been around forever and there should be some quality meters you can use at home and if your insurance should cover it if you talk to your MD. The target INR for a DVT is totally different than that of others like A-fib or Carverelli's artificial valve. Do some homework first and then think it over again before you jump into anything. There is no going back from a hemorrhagic CVA. Did you ever find out why you had the DVT to begin with?
