Ok, I know we have all sen the comercials right...well has anyone every tried it? Is it better for definition rather then bulk, i was thinking of using a cable for my shoulders to do delt raises? Good idea or no?
 
I tried it, at a friends house, and found I didn't have a great range of motion , especially on lateral raises, AND I"M SHORT.....:D
 
thats what i really meant, the big huge rectangle thing that has two handle on either side and you stand in the middle, I want to use that thing for delts?
