BP problems need some input here !!

They will email your results. In the mean time, I don't think randomly upping your Aromatase inhibitor (AI) is a good way to go. Reduce your salt as much as possible. I know some guys run a small dose of Cialis every day to control BP, but I'm not sure how much.

Like Austinite said, try donating blood.

LMFAO.... Mmeerrrrr... french canadians are weerrriiddd!!!

They're different I not going to lie but the food there is great, I have distant relatives there, and they have a pretty big Lebanese population. I'll be heading up to Ontario though later in the year to visit a cousin who just moved out there recently. Ask IH if he wants to go train together lmao.

Hhahaha... I will ask him for sure!

Ok I think I see where i messed up :

I need to go to Private MD in burlington, not labcorp right ? They can give me results without a doctor

just to be clear you cannot go to the labcorp website and order online through there. blood work requires a prescription, so that's why you have to go to privatemdlabs.com and place your order through there, then they will email the paperwork to you, and you go to labcorp. do not just get up and drive to any labcorp or anything like that, place your order online through privatemdlabs then you can go to labcorp.

I have finally figured out how to order and get tests done in the states. So I am about to order the tests and I would be greatful if someone here would just look at them and tell me if they are the right ones.

The tests listed on PrivateMD are :

1- Female Hormone Testing Panel
2- Testosterone, Free and Weakly Bound
3- Lipid Panel or
Lipid Panel With LDL:HDL

The detailed info for each test are given below. i would tend to order the lipid panel test instead of the Lipid Panel With LDL:HDL

Can somemone tell me:

a) If these will cover all I need to know about my blood levels. I have a 2;30 hour drive to get there. I want it to count :-)
b) If I am right in ordering the Lipid Panel instead of the Lipid Panel With LDL:HDL

Thank you in advance, your help is greatly appreciated

Cholesterol Testing (Lipid Profile) $47.99

Testosterone, Free and Weakly Bound $89.49 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Description: Free and weakly bound testosterone (FWBT), also referred to as bioavailable testosterone, is thought to reflect an individual's biologically active, circulating testosterone. FWBT includes free testosterone and testosterone that is bound to albumin. FWBT does not include sex hormone binding globulin-bound testosterone. The SHBG-bound fraction is biologically inactive because of the high binding affinity of SHBG for testosterone. The rapid dissociation of “weakly bound” testosterone from albumin results in the availability of essentially all albumin-bound testosterone for steroid-receptor interaction.

Includes:
Total testosterone,
% Free+Weakly Bound Testosterone,
F+W Bound Testosterone

Lipid Panel With LDL:HDL Ratio $47.99 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Description: Evaluation of hyperlipidemia as an index to coronary artery disease.

Includes: Cholesterol, LDL:HDL ratio; lipid profile, (includes triglycerides).

Description: The Lipid Profile will provide you with detailed information about your cholesterol and related chemistries that affect heart health. Significant deviations from the normal range may require further evaluation by your physician.

I did not read the entire post but in my limited experience test and some other AAS makes my RBC and hemo skyrocket. A cheaper solution might just be to give blood. I do that as often as they will allow while I'm on. And it always drops my BP. Plus they will check your RBC and hemotacrit levels and it can't hurt anything.
