What is are some good ways to help lower my blood pressure? daily cardio, low dose aspirin, hawthorne berry, more water? What do you more experienced guys do to keep your bp in check or what would you recommend. thanks for the help in advance

if your talking about BP trouble on cycle then a anti e like aromasin can be a big help . bloat can cause some serious BP trouble.

GNC has this stuff... i take it for the ringing in my ears... dose accordingly

indeed and to be safe,i would see a doctor and get it checked out to be safe man,really......i never had BP issues in my life until i had shoulder surgery back in jan,ive also been on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for 4 years,and it never bothered my BP,but i had to go after my sugery and i was put on a low dose of lisinopril.......aromasin helps to,plus cardio,low sodium intake

alright thanks alot for the help bros, my doc is really old so probly wont discuss my aass use with him as i dont think he will understand but i will go see him for my bp, would a baby aspirin be safe for today

Yes you can take a 81mg aspirin.
